This manual is a compilation of the Letters Patent, Bylaws and Operating Policies adopted by the CLA Board of Directors and Members. As well, it contains other information which reflects the current operations of the Canadian Lacrosse Association.
These policies shall be used by the CLA for all operations. The CLA staff shall ensure all Directors, Member/Associate Member Associations and Committee Chairs receive a copy of the manual. The Member/Associate Member Associations should circulate a copy to all their Member Boards, Committees and key volunteers upon which it may have an influence.
NOTE: Each Section of the manual includes the date of issue of the policies. In the case of revised policies, (corrections, additions or deletions), the date of revision is shown on the bottom of the page.
The CLA is pleased to have all of this information gathered in these documents and hope that it will assist in clarifying all aspects of operations for our members.
